Donovan Perkins presented Is Your Cash at Risk? Manage This Growing Threat, produced by Progressive Business Conferences, July 15, 2003.  As the featured speaker Donovan was able to discuss the growing concerns of check fraud and the way that large corporations and banks are implementing systems to prevent check fraud.  In addition, Donovan discussed the technologies available to fight check fraud and how the banks are establishing mass adoption of positive pay.

He Presented a pro-active approach for businesses to fight check fraud that focused on evaluating your risk, creating a fraud prevention plan, implementing "ordinary care" and communicating with your bank.
