CARLSBAD, California and SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - June 8, 2004 - AcuPrint Technology, a leader in secure printing and financial software, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Timpanogos Technologies, a software and support service provider for school districts, to market AcuPrint's suite of award-winning check fraud prevention solutions to their school district client base.
Timpanogos Technologies (Timp TechTM) provides a complete range of software and support services for school districts across the country that use the Comprehensive Information Management for Schools (CIMS®) software application. Timpanogos Technologies will offer its CIMS® software users the complete suite of AcuPrint Technology's secure payment products, including the SecureCheck™ nX2 MICR laser check and form printing system, the SecurePay™ positive pay solution, and the ezSigner secure document signing solution.
