CARLSBAD, California and TAMPA, FL - September 20, 2004 - AP Technology, an industry leader in secure check printing solutions, announces today the release and availability of SecureCheck RCP software that uses web connectivity for secure and efficient printing of MICR laser checks from a central accounting site to any local or remotely-located printer. Southeastern Companies, a leading Florida-based PEO (Professional Employer Organization), has selected SecureCheck RCP as a cost-saving solution for printing payroll checks at their remote-client locations.
SecureCheck RCP allows organizations to distribute check printing to satellite locations that are not on the same network. RCP incorporates the Printing Control Center that centralizes management of the entire check printing process, including the workflow, approvals, notifications and distribution. Checks can be printed locally or to as many defined locations and clients as needed, thus reducing the distribution expenses of payroll and AP checks. With positive management control at both sides of the connection, security improves dramatically.
