The APSecure-RCP Remote Check Printing System enables organizations to securely print checks to remote locations with only basic web connectivity required. Staffing companies, professional employer organizations, construction companies, commercial banks, title companies, title attorneys, mortgage lenders, or any organization that manages multiple checking accounts and issues checks in a number of locations can benefit from implementing a best-practice remote disbursement process. Select Staffing evaluated and chose to implement the next-generation APSecure-RCP solution to add cost efficiencies to their remote check distribution. They have implemented APSecure-RCP at all of their offices and some of their on-site locations. APSecure-RCP has required no hardware installation at Select Staffing's remote sites. Internet access was the only requirement. The RCP Printing Control Center, based at the Santa Barbara headquarters, centralizes check printing administration for improved productivity and more process control. File system updates, check form assignment by remote location, user-access permissions, audits, and email approvals/notifications are all managed from the RCP server.
