The SecureCheck-Pro 7 check and form issuance system allows businesses to print checks for any number of accounts to blank stock, with signatures, security watermarks, and security fonts applied automatically at the time checks are printed. A single portal accommodates all check printing activity – Accounts Payable, Payroll, Rebate, etc. The system is compatible with virtually all current accounting applications and platforms, including Windows, UNIX, LINUX, AS/400 and others. This SecureCheck release offers a new, intuitive user interface that accelerates task completion and improves the overall user experience for printing, user configuration, system reporting and maintenance. The new audit mapping viewer provides users with WYSIWYG capabilities to view check data locations and create real-time audit maps that show exactly what data will be captured during print processing. Users now have the option to preview a detailed check summary just prior to printing as a final checkpoint for fraud prevention and error avoidance. Supplemental audits and event logs assist with compliance and create additional security. In addition, check issuance with SecureCheck-Pro 7 can be fully-automated for end-to-end, seamless processing.
