File Trial

• Step One: Generate a file from your accounting software that is either in text or Excel format.
• Step Two: Upload your file to our secure server in the form provided. If your file contains bank account numbers, please replace them with x's.
• Step Three: We will analyze your file and test it for compatibility with our software. If we have your bank's format specifications, we will convert the file to those specifications and send you a sample positive pay file.
• If we have any problems with, or questions about your file, we will contact you immediately.
• Under most circumstances, we will reply to your submission within 2 hours, but we cannot guarantee that time frame under every circumstance.
