SecurePay can be returned as long as the CD seal is not broken within the first 30 days following purchase. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied.

Warranty

AP Technology warrants that all products manufactured by AP Technology shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original invoice date unless otherwise specified. Our warranty liability will not exceed the purchase price of a product and no liability is assumed for any consequential damages resulting from the use of a product supplied by AP Technology. Our warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including (but not limited to) the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The original manufacturers warranty will apply on all third-party hardware items.
