User Permissions

Check Data

All critical check data is captured from the accounting application at your main location and sent to the APSecure server application.

The workflow for approval check runs prior to printing is configurable to meet your specific needs. Email notifications keep those involved in the check printing process apprised of important activities.

Logos and Signatures

Logos and signatures are securely stored and applied at the time of printing.

Printed Check Security Features

A configurable security watermark can be printed across the face of your checks, making it more difficult for a check to be fraudulently modified. Security fonts reflecting the check amount may also be printed on the check face.

Trackable and Exportable Reporting

APSecure offers robust auditing capabilities and tracking of all system events to create a high level of process security and assist with compliance requirements.

Printer Security (Optional)

With the software-hardware configuration option, data remains encrypted until the moment checks are printed. Only a hardware-enabled printer can decrypt check-issue data for printing.

Positive Pay Automation (Optional)

Optional integrated positive pay functionality automatically converts your check-issue file to your bank's positive pay format and transmits it directly to your bank.
