A: Transporter requires no system or technology changes at the bank. Transporter runs on the client end and is installed and supported by AP Technology. The bank does not need to add anything new to its website.
A: Provide AP Technology with a test account on the bank's Internet banking system and we will configure and deliver a working copy to the bank for $500.

A: This process would not change at all. However the client is handling it today would remain the same.
A: It is not unusual for banks to distribute an electronic card that displays a number that changes every 20 seconds for the purposes of making the PIN more secure. These are normally associated with Wires. If your bank uses smart cards or secure ID cards, Transporter can prompt the user to enter the information. Since these cards change numbers every 20 seconds, there is no way to use them in conjunction with Transporter in unattended mode.
A: We support whatever cookies your website uses, but Transporter does not create its own cookies.
A: There are three ways of handling password expiration:

A: The Transporter uses the exact same security as your website. It does not bypass anything or add to it. Transporter basically emulates the same steps the user would if they were logging onto the website and navigating through the pages.

A: Transporter can handle file naming in several ways:
A: Clients may have a need to start a program after a successful download. Transporter can be configured to run a batch or .exe based on Profile, after a successful download.
A: Clients may want to use Transporter for download or upload to more than one bank. This feature is available.
A: Clients can download new transmission scripts via the Auto-Update feature; profiles are created by the end user to use these new scripts.
A: Transporter is compatible with Windows 2000 Pro/Server, XP Pro/Home, Windows 2003 Server, and Vista.
A: Yes. Transporter can send email notifications to specified recipients regarding the success or failure of a transmission.
